Gentle Yoga / Online Class
The focus of this one hour hatha yoga class is to increase strength, flexibility and balance while simultaneously alleviating stress and fatigue. Additional benefits of regular yoga practice include an overall sense of well-being and an increase in self-awareness and self-acceptance. Participants must be aware of their own capabilities in order to participate safely. Ability to get up and down from the floor is encouraged. Explore Art! / Online Class
Explore a variety of art mediums and techniques through 3-class sessions focusing on drawing, painting and mixed media. Learn gentle, mindful movement and meditation practices for working with and relieving symptoms of chronic pain. SHIBA — Senior Health Insurance Benefits Assistance / By Phone

Specially trained volunteers can speak with you by phone to help you receive as many Medicare benefits as possible and reduce out of pocket costs. SHIBA is funded by a federal grant from the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid.
